O jantar tem de ser algo que não ocupe muito tempo da minha parte. Tenho perna de perú já desossada, faço um recheio com espinafres, queijo, fiambre e molho Pesto... e deliciosas rodelas de laranja...
Mete-se tudo no forno e vamos embora para o sofá... perfeito.

1 Perna de perú desossada
1 Cebola em rodelas
1 Dente de alho
1 Mão cheia de Folhas de espinafres
Azeite
Molho Pesto
10 Fatias de queijo
10 Fatias de fiambre
1 Laranja
2 Limões
Batatas descascadas e cortadas
Pimentão doce
Sal
Pimenta
Preparação:
Temperar a carne com sumo de 1 limão, sal, pimenta e pimentão doce.

Refogar a cebola, os espinafres, o alho, 2 colheres de molho pesto e um fio de azeite.

No tabuleiro grande do forno, colocar a carne, espalhar as batatas, as rodelas de limão e laranja.
